Poor wifi speed

The wifi connection and speed tests are showing that it is ok and 500mb/s but this is not the case in reality. Apps and streaming on phone and TV are taking a long time to load and buffer. I am definitely not receiving fibre speeds.

@LouisaF  Are all these devices that are having issues connected via Wi-Fi?
