Slow broadband

I have now got fibre to premises 100 broadband and it's slower than my old broadband!  Mega embarrassing when on teams calls and downloading documents that used to be instant takes over 10 seconds, plus if two of us are working from home that is now nearly impossible -  I've conducted line speed checks and they're all coming back good.  Help please.

@Emsma  Are you both using Wi-Fi and is the router in the same room or is it hidden away elsewhere in the property?
