Poor wifi signal

I am getting g poor signal throughout my home, constant buggering downstairs when WiFi is in same room and zero signal st all upstairs

I live In detached house, wi-fi service constantly in 1st floor.it us not just one device, all the mobiles , the signal strength looks good for a minute and drops the next. No seamless watching at all. Very frustrating to watch just insta reels.
