Dear Support Team,
When I requested an internet connection for my home, I specifically asked for an engineer, as my home does not have the proper inputs for connecting the router. However, the engineer who came only performed work outside the house and did not complete the necessary installations inside.
Currently, I am unable to use the internet, but monthly payments may still be charged. I kindly request that an engineer be sent as soon as possible to complete the installation, including replacing or upgrading the necessary components. Please note that the wiring in the house is old, and the current internet cable is not compatible with the existing inputs.
I would appreciate it if you could confirm receipt of this request and provide a timeline for when the issue will be resolved.

That suggests you are getting a new FTTP installation: typically the internal work will be scheduled, but perhaps has been delayed.
I would appreciate it if you could confirm receipt of this request and provide a timeline for when the issue will be resolved.
