I have already contacted you on 2 previous location regarding my poor wifi quality around the house and each time you say it has been fixed. I am sick of being fobbed off and the issues not being resolved. I either need signal boosters or extended to provide coverage through out the house or I will cancel the contract.

If you have the WiFi Max subscription supplement on the account (or are prepared to add it) then you can claim booster hardware under the terms of the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee'.

Re: Poor wifi signal
I just got Sky broadband at the beginning of February and it is the first time I have fibre. I went for the 500 m line and I am getting that at the white box. However the wifi signal is poor, max 100m sometimes as low as 25m. I have lost count on the number of times I have contacted Sky (abysmal support). They sent out a guy from Actavo who both times acknowledged that the wifi signal was poor. He said that there was nothing else he could do. He tried another router but the same result. Sky also sent me a booster which wouldn't even pick up the router. Has anyone else got this issue?
