Poor wifi signal

Wifi is poor in upstairs part of house. How do I get the wifi booster pod?

Tried online but very difficult to actually talk to anyone or get a number to call for it

If you have the broadband boost or WiFi Max addon then you can claim a booster from Sky. When calling just state your problem as a broadband technical issue and hold through any prompts to go online.
