Waiting broadband connection

I spoke to a jade on Friday to set up a new account account number 

she was going to call me back yesterday as they couldn't find the new address of the property I've just bought where I need broadband [removed] she said she needed to speak to the engineer   Can you tell me what's happening? I've received the router but I can't access the sky app it says I don't have permission

As this is a customer helps customer community all you can do is to call Sky yourself.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
