Poor tv picture
The picture on my tv is very pixelated when using Netflix etc. I am in the room next door to the router.

Re: Poor tv picture
@Jodiebarker run the network test in the Get Help menu of the Netflix app which wil tell you the wifinspeed thecapp is getting. Being in the next room to the hub does not guarantee good wifi speeds as it depends on what is in between. It also matter whether the hub snd whatever the streaming device are out in the open. For example people love hiding Sky's pucks behind wall mounted TVs which may look cool but is very bad for wifi coversge.
