Slow internet

Please can I order a new Sky router. The internet connection has been really slow for months despite doing various tests. We haven't had a new router for approximately 10 years. I'm finding it more and more frustrating to complete small online tasks

Both the 2013 Sky Hub and 2016 Q Hub are due to be swapped out this year, but you'll probably need to call Sky to arrange this unless this link works for you:

@KarenTappin your not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. However Sky are in the process of swapping outsome older hubs including the flat Q type if you have one gem call Sky to get it swapped. However if you have the newer upright black type which Sky call the Broadband Hub model number SR203 these are still current. 

In practice it is unlikely swapping the hub will speed up online tasks so there maybecanother reason see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-speeds-explained?DCMP=ilc-skycom:nc_vcop
