Poor signal

Hi,

I have recently became a new customer and wanted to report a poor signal or disconnecting issues on upper floor and in our bedrooms. Please could you advice. While signing a contract , we have been guaranteed that the signal will be in each room.

Thanks,

Joanna

@Joanna331 for the wifi gurantee to apply you need to be taking out the extra Sky Broadband boost or Sky WiFi Max add-on on top of your standard broadband package.

@Joanna331 this page explains how to claim on Sky so- called Wall-to-Wall wifi guarantee see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/wall-to-wall-wifi-guarantee

In practicecthe promised 3Mb/s is pretty uselessand in many homes you need more tgan the free router that isps like Sky provide. If you want to talk to Sky dial 150 using the Sky Talk line for a free call.
