Poor reliability
Internet reliability is extremely poor to the point I am tempted to leave sky broadband, I can rarely stream a film uninterrupted, either waiting ages for it to start working again or having to restart the router. It needs restarting multiple times a day and I feel this is unacceptable

Re: Poor reliability
@Jc20091 you definitrly should not need to restart the router more than oncexa month at most. You need to work out whether the issue is with the line which is Sky's responsibility to get fixed or with the WiFi in your home which isnt something Sky are responsible for. Normally if there is a line issue the lights on the hub will change see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
If the lights stay the same your problem is likely to be poor wifi in your home. WiFi signal strength is affected by the layout and how your home is built and the level of interference. To stream video you need sufficent bandwidth and a steady signal so ideally you would use an ethernet cable. Failing thst you msy need to invest in a better wifi set up in your home.
