@mick.mack do you literally mean WiFi speed ie the speed of the connection in your home or the speed of the connection from the exchange to your hub?

 

The former can be down to varying conditions like interference from neighbour's networks etc in your home and is outside Sky's control but there are things you can do. The latter is pretty unusual but possible if the connection drops and re-syncs repeatedly due to line fault. Do the lights on the hub change indicating a loss of conection?. If you have a black Sky hub the stats should show if there is a fault on the line see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
