Poor performance

Sadly I have to report the extremely disappointing poor performance with our broadband service. I have reported it previously and nothing has improved. We pay for a 150 Mbps service where 100 Mbps is guaranteed. We hardly get 30 Mbps specially at night. This is not acceptable and I'm extremely disappointed after all these years of service from Sky. Please cotact me urgently with a solution. Omid Aminian.

@Omid+Agha That's the way to keep going then and posting on the Forum you are not talking to sky just customers like yourself!

How are you measuring the speed? The guaranteed minimum is not guaranteed over WiFi, only ethernet.
