Poor internet

The internet is bad I've used fast .com on a number of devices and it's well under what we're paying for

A range of51mbps to 91mbps on my note 10 upto 260 on a Z flip 3 around 75 on a galaxy A05 and my smart TV's are both loading a lot more than before

Those speeds sound fine for your mobile devices. Are you sure its not just the smart TVs having issues? This can be quite common because often the WiFi chips in them arent as good as mobile devices so they need to be closer to the WiFi router to get a good connection
