Poor internet connection

We have a poor internet connection for the past couple of days. 
The router seems ok, restarted device multiple times but the speed ain't improving.

A poor signal in certain rooms is something that comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.

That's the same issue we're having too but have switched to Sky recently and wondered if that's why. How long have you been with them?
