For the last week my internet keeps dropping off and it is difficult to get reconnected when using the troubleshooting guide. I have sky glass so I am left without tv and the mobile signal in my house is rubbish so we are unable to get or make calls or get mobile data unless we stand at a specific window. This is an issue as I am a carer and need telephone access 24hrs a day and also work from home and need internet access. I would be grateful if someone could help or tell me how to speak to someone at sky to get this remedied.
