Poor connectivity and dead spots since going to full fibre

Upgraded to full fibre now connection drops out to all boxes and have to connect with cable for consoles etc to work, have had to buy a multi connector to now run cables

from the hub to boxes and systems just to use them. Have to reset multiple times a day, How do I cancel

sky as not for for purpose. Would be happier to go to a more reliable source. We've been with Sky for almost 20 yrs and this is the worst service ever received. With regret want to move to virgin.

Re: Poor connectivity and dead spots since going to full fibre

I too am having issues with crazy lag whilst gaming since going to full fibre. I've recommended Sky to everyone since I've had it the past 4/5 years but patience is starting to wear thin with it now.

Are the hubs fit for purpose with fibre? That didn't get changed when I upgraded. Was just sent a CAT5 cable to connect into the fibre box being installed.
