Poor connection

Almost daily my internet connection is dropping, I work from home and your website assured me when we switched to sky that we would get a good enough connection to do so but this is not the service we are receiving. I constantly have an orange light on as the last of the lights on the box which is causing me to need to reboot. My work is confidential and I have to constantly reconnect to my VPN due to the internet connection issues which is time consuming as it has staged to ensure security. 

today the internet is so poor that I have had to travel into the office which I am not pleased about as I am a hybrid worker with set days. 

can someone please contact us to know why we are having constant issues?

 

we have also found the sky puck to be extremely slow I cannot even flick between channels and I can only think that this is down to our poor internet as that's how it is powered.

Hi @Jordan2405 

If you are getting an orange light this suggests there is a problem with the line itself. Have you tried running the line test in the My Sky app?
