Poor connection to Sky Pod

Hi, every time I check my devices connected to the WiFi, it shows the Pod as having poor signal. I am unsure as to why this keeps happening. Is there anyway to boost the signal to it as my laptop and phone in the office in my house, get very poor connection using the pod.

Where is the pod located in relation to the Hub and the client devices?

 

Ideally it should be midway between them.

Hey, so we live in a bungalow and the pod is in the office with my laptop and the router is in the front roomm

 

I have tried to have it plugged in the hallway but get hardly any signal in my office when I do that.

Unfortunately having a booster close to either end of the link achieves very little.  They don't actually 'boost' at all: 'relay' or 'repeater' would be a better description.

Yeah problem is if I plug the Pod in half way I completely lose signal in the office

If that is the case you may need more than one pod or your solution isnt WiFi, its ethernet.
