Hi, I'm hoping someone can give me advice on what to do. I work from home and notice that my connectivity during teams calls is poor, especially when using camera. This is only on my laptop and previous laptops from a previous company. I have ultrafast broadband with sky and the speed on my mobile is 150mbps. It's a lot less on my work laptop between 1 and 10 on average. Ethernet is not an option and I live in a new built house. I was thinking of getting mesh WiFi or a better router but I'm open to any ideas. My wife also occasionally works on a laptop next to me and has similar issues.

Find out moreIf its only the laptop that is having issues, and there is that much of a speed difference between it & your phone in the same location then it suggests the laptop is failing to use the 5ghz WiFi network or you are connected to a VPN which is slow.

Thanks James. Would fixing to 2.4 GHz fix this ?
