Poor broadband speeds

My Sky Full Fibre 150 service is only providing 47Mbps download speed, not the 150 Mbps I was sold. The service was connected on 9th June. Please can you advise what you will do to resolve this? I don't want my money back, I just want the speed you promised me.

I've tried everything: Switching the router off and back on, resetting it, moving it according to the recommended best position. Nothing works. What is the helpline number to speak to somebody? Or request a refund?

@Mikey30 What did you have before you got the FF150 service from sky. If you know how to look at your hub then the Sky Hub Status will show you what the Modem settings are that have been applied by sky to it, will be like 150 000 and 30 000 or figures kind off like that!
