I have recently been having a problem with my broadband buffering, when i check my speed with Ookla it say approx 21 mbs, it should be over 52mbs. i tried sky fix and they said they had sent a bt engineer and he fixed it, fine for a few weeks but the problem is back again. When i try checking with sky it says poor connection of around 18 to 22 mbs and when i run the fix, disconnect, reconnect etc it comes back and says its low but above the guaranteed limit so they won't do anything.
My stats are
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

@DNCServI know these options might not sound good have you got the ability to go with Virgin or looking at another Openreach provider, but in doing this it could be your line that is at fault and you would be taking that with you regardless if the issues persist after changing.
As it looks like Sky are willing to let you leave early which could mean there is a fault elsewhere out of the control of Sky.

Re: Poor broadband speed
@DNCServ From that screenshots you have posted it is showing that you have the option to leave without penalty and in that Sky thinks that the fault or issues you are having are not able to be fixed.
Can you fill out the form in the link and post a screenshot hiding the private information in the top-left corner and the forum can give you options.

In the absence of Virgin that's going to be an altnet (non-Openreach) ISP, which is unlikely, cellular data, or Starlink.
