So unfortunately I live in a area without fibre so I have opted for "super fast broadband 60mbs"
guaranteed 49mbs. Which would be great. I have fluctuated from 8mbs up to 42mbs during my contract, through various engineer visits and countless phone calls never the 60mbs or guaranteed 49mbs, sky have offered me a month free of broadband a few months ago through all my troubles. But I really don't think that's enough as I still have underwhelming speeds and not getting the service provided in my contract. Would like some views and perspectives from people who have suffered like me and how sky treated them.
I've been a sky customer for about 8 years i may add.
