Poor broadband only 4.3 speed for months

Our broadband speed is terrible, the average speed is 4.3 which is not what I pay for, therefore I should get some compensation

If speed at the Hub (not over WiFi) is below the Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed then you can claim back one month of broadband subscription.
