Poor broadband connection

Since having my Sky broadband 4 days ago my connection is really poor although I'm paying for 300. Mb/s my last check was 7.9 and has been for two days these were checked by an independent checker not Sky's. Trying to contact Sky to try and resolve this is worse than Virgin support currently thinking of going back there.

Hi, it's a black box and checking my speed again this morning it's still sgowing 94/6 mb/s so thats 3 days on run.
