Poor Wifi - how do I get booster pods?

I moved over to Sky boardband a couple of months ago and included Wifi Max.

The router is at the back of the house and WiFi signal at the front is poor and often drops out or is slow.

Sky seem to make is very difficult to find how to order booster pods to solve the issue. Any advice on how others have managed to actually get in touch with a person at Sky to help would be appreciated. Or if a Sky employee could pick this up and get in touch with me that would be even better.
