Poor WiFi

Just had full fibre installed, it works great 15ft away from the router, but in the bedrooms upstairs the wifi gets so bad it drops out.

We need a wifi extender to enable the whole family to use the service.

If this isnt possible then as far as i'm concerned it's not fit for purpose.

Run the diagnostic first and then try the wifi check as well, if nothing flags up an issue then have a look at the 2nd link to try and maximise your current wifi coverage. It may be that the Sky Max WiFi add-on is worth looking at for yourself.
