Poor WiFi
Hi lose internet connection every few minutes or so. The amazing part is when I check my WiFi connection it says I'm not connected. I have to move around in the house to regain access to my internet. I have no problem immediately picking up atleast 4 different WiFi connections around me but can't seem to find mine. This is frustrating and why can I pick up my neighbours WiFi and not mine?

Re: Poor WiFi
A poor signal in certain rooms is something that comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:
If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can
