Wifi is not connecting
We have a booster upstairs.
I work from home.
Yesterday it disconnected and will not come back on with all 3 lights.
I am currently working using a data hotspot from my work phone to my laptop.
My laptop says its connected to the wifi and yet there is no connection.
I have done all the trouble shooting you have suggested but it is still absolute rubbish.

Re: Wifi is not connecting
@Simon105 your laptop is connected to the booster which isnt connected to your hub. Quite why the booster has lost connection isnt clear but thecsensible thing to do is to move the booster closer to the hub to see if it will connect. To work efficently the boister neddsctombe no more than halfway between the hub and where you need the boost. If the booster wont connect even in thecsame room as the hub then it is faulty and needs replacing if Sky orivided the unit give them a call to get it replaced.
