Hi our wifi has been poor for last couple of months. Sat boxes keep disconnecting,Netflix doesn't load/play reliably and our Sonos system doesn't connect properly either

Re: Poor WiFi strength
@SuzieDvs Before this happend have you changed any hardware within the property for your broadband. That is changing your router for a newer model?

Re: Poor WiFi strength
I've had the same issue but going on longer. Sky then told me I was eligible to upgrade my router - hey sent a new one - and things have been even worse. The only thing that works is my husbands laptop as it's connected by Ethernet cable. I've bought a dual WiFi extender and done everything the internet can tell me to try and I'm at my wits end as I work from home 3-4 days a week and it's getting ridiculous. I'm about to order an extra long Ethernet cable so I can at least work!

Re: Poor WiFi strength
Sorry to hear your experiencing the same. We've used all of our mobile data as the WiFi if simply non existent

Re: Poor WiFi strength
@Halfpint75 Do you still have the older router that you can put back in place of the new router?
