Problem with wifi and broadband

An engineer came on Tuesday. He did not knock and then I get a message to say the problem is fixed. It wasn't. This is the second time an engineer has had to come out. I was told that it was a problem with the hub and it needed replacing. And that the engineer would do this on Tuesday. This needs to happen. The service has been awful since the start. I do not have 4G at my home so if the broadband is down I have no back up.

@TBM11 Do you have any form of mobile signal that is the important part, emergency calling! If you have been calling and talking with sky Customer Service then you need to keep pushing that route, your notes on the system will be saying what is done and if NOT resolved you need to let them know that fact!
