Broafband and WiFi signal sometimes weak or completely inactive

Tv and phone signals often extremely weak, so much so haven't been able to turn data off phone for a couple of months to use Wi-Fi. 

Tv frequently freezes and kicks us out of whatever programme, channel we're watching. 

 

Speed is at 148mbs which I think is slow for the package my partner has been put on.

Have tried several process of elimination including moving the hub and rebooting.

@Darren201 If you can say take a look at the link and which sky Hub you see that is being used currently with your FF150 connection, that is not a bad speed to have but not long in stretching the bandwidth if a few active hard streaming demands!
