Poor WiFi speed

Switched from BT with 100Mb speed to Sky earlier in the summer with the expection of 450Mb and minimum of 400Mb.  So far, in two months, I have only had two occasions where I've recorded speeds over 400.  Followed some threads to outlined Router Stats as requested.  Hard reset router a few minutes ago (hence short up-time) but didn't make a difference.  Speed tests on my phone are showing 6Mb download at the moment and I can't even run a YouTube video without constant buffering...

As you can see, recorded speeds are all over the place.  Usually taken from the same location in the house to avoid any implication of drop-out.  Any help gratefully received.

Re: Poor WiFi speed

Stop using your mobile phone on WiFi to carry out speed tests. The results are completely in accurate. Always use a CAT 5e or higher rated ethernet cable to test high speed broadband.

You have a couple of results there in excess of 350Mbs and one of over 450Mbs, so demonstrating the inherent waywardness of WiFi.
