Poor WiFi signal

Wi-Fi signal is causing mobile calls to get cut off. I have to resort to calling using Messenger or WhatsApp which is no good when I work from home and need to contact colleagues and clients. Signal often poor on laptop.
Wi-Fi calling enabled on our mobiles.

Re: Poor WiFi signal

Hi

Both of our iphones struggle, mine more than my partners but i use mine more, both android phones (work phones) are awful, usually don't work in the house.

Laptop signal flucuates but works.

The problem is worse upstairs but bad all over the house.  We live in an old cottage with thick walls.  But the checks that Sky do say that everything is ok!

I can go out in the street or the garden and they work better than indoors.

Hi @Steve643

What is the scenario when this happens? Is it it one location or all over the house? Are you moving around when it happens? Do other devices lose their internet connection?
