@Knightrider_03 this is not uncommon especially if you live in an older property. WiFi signals lose strength when they pass through solid objects like walls, the denser the material the more signal that is lost. First point is to make sure that the hub is out in the open in a surface above radiators and the like as metal totally blocks the signal. You can buy a longer cable so you can move the hub to a more central location if thst would help.
Beyond that you are into spending money you can buy Sky's add-on package WiFi Max which can provide up to 3 extenders https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max Alternatively you can buy a whole home WiFi kit to replace the Sky WiFi which is my preferred option.
