No Internet and sky tv very slow

No Internet connection and sky TV not loading.  The Internet and hub diagnostic test says I have no issues which is clearly incorrect. I have checked also on partners mobile and we both have the same errors

@Gemma146 check the lights on the Sky hub as explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-internet-off

 

If you have Sky Q loss of internet connection will affect on demand content not already downloaded and thecapps but not live TV.
