Try going through this to see if it helps:
If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

Thanks for the quick reply - I have gone through all the usual checks but was hoping I could get to a customer service person on here to deal with it as I'm on. WiFi Max contact.
The AI chat bot is useless so I guess I'm going to have to spend a while on the phone to customer service...

Unfortunately the WiFi Max subscription supplement doesn't bring additional support like that: it does however enable booster loan.
