Poor WiFi connection in Kitchen

Our kitchen is at the opposite side of the house to our router. About 50% of the time the WiFi connection is too poor to get an adequate signal on our fire stick and on our phones. The speed when measured by Ookla and Fing runs below 10Mbps.

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

Re: Poor WiFi connection in Kitchen

Thanks for the quick reply - I have gone through all the usual checks but was hoping I could get to a customer service person on here to deal with it as I'm on. WiFi Max contact.

The AI chat bot is useless so I guess I'm going to have to spend a while on the phone to customer service...

Unfortunately the WiFi Max subscription supplement doesn't bring additional support like that: it does however enable booster loan.
