Poor WiFi and Customer Service

Why is my Internet so slow and the customer service provide by Sky absolutely appalling? 2025 and can not get a decent product or service from Sky. Awful

@jamesn123 Did check OP was down that rabbit hole over a year ago when he posted on the Forum so hpefully not back a year later without dealling with and at that time a very noisy line!
