Alter installation set up
I recently moved into my current property. I am due to have some refurbishments done and need to have the installation system put in by the previous owners moved so that I can have building works done and the service to be in a physically different position The current Sky service works ok though I don't know if it is Full Fibre. I need a Sky engineer to come and see how this can all be done. Who do I contact and how?

Re: Alter installation set up
@Margo31 That would be a call to sky to book and arrange as you need, they will no doubt ask you for an upfront payment and non refundable if nothing that sky find works out for you!

Re: Alter installation set up
Hi @Margo31
Its not up to Sky or Openreach to understand what the previous owner has done. However if you call Sky and book a socket relocation this may achieve what you need. Its a paid service

Re: Alter installation set up
Note that neither an ISP or Openreach has any responsibility past the master socket: they won't alter any existing extension sockets, remove them or install new ones.
