@unhappybob If you had got the Generation before the sky Max, the SR203 Sky Broadband Hub, it's about on par with the BT hub, signal wise but every home is different so it would be a try and see, the sky Max is one off those it works or is dismal for the signal, you can try it with sky for a free pod and see how it goes, but they have this saying once you go Max you never get to go back, that means you are NOT getting the old trusty SR203 under any circumstance!
Cannot recommend any other booster to work... Dont have one never used and never would accept the Max ever!
