How on gods green earth can i speak to someone whos first language is english.

I've been charged twice and I'm having to fight with Raj who doesn't even speak English and has no idea what incurred overdraft fees mean. How do I get to speak to someone who's first language is English because this is getting out of hand. I'm going to cancel it soon if I can't get no help. Absolutely ridiculous.

@Mayson1  Calls are answered by the first available agent regardless of location you can't choose 

 

the best option is to keep ringing until you get through to someone you're happy speaking with

What about their head office? All I'm getting is Indian and none of them understand anything and are giving me blatant wrong information.

@Mayson1  the head of office address details may be in the terms and conditions booklet 

 

we aren't permitted to give out any other numbers other then the ones published 

 

as for all calls reaching India that  isn't true you just have to be persistent and keep ringing as I've already advised

@Mayson1 Sky still have very large call centres in Scotland. The best chance to get someone who deals with your issue is to use the number benerated in the contact us link at the end of the relevant help journey.

@Mayson1 Is there any specific reason why you have been charged twice that you are aware off, or is this just out off the blue it happened?
