Rescheduling installation appointment

Hi, I need to reschedule my broadband installation appointment but the online links I'm being sent to reschedule aren't working.

Then you will have to contact Sky via the phone or social media. If this appointment is tomorrow then Sky might charge a late cancellation fee of £25.
