@GA12345  Most of thoses tetst have been done over 4g Momile as clearly indicated within the image, the wifi tests are the final 2 on the image. 

 

Not sure what the issue is as you've provided zero context to your image.

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@GA12345 1st 5 on mobile are probably about right for those, your last two on wifi are up there for a good FF500 connection at least!
