MySky App > Port Forwarding error adding or deleting any ports to a specific device

Hi folks, I need to add another port forwarding rule for a device. It already has port 80  saved. When I try and add any port I get an error "Something went wrong. Your request couldn't be processed. Please close this message and try again." The same thing happens when I try and delete port 80 now. Other devices are ok. Any thoughts folks, other than buy a new router and put it behind the Sky Max Hub?

Re: MySky App > Port Forwarding error adding or deleting any ports to a specific device

Thanks Jim but I have already read the guide and I know how to add or delete as I've done it before. The issue I have is that the MySky App has an error saving anything on a specific device whether it is deleting an existing port, that I configured previously, or adding a new port. It only happens on the one device that I select. I can't see anything in the linked guide that explains how to resolve such an issue. I've tried rebooting the router, rebooting the device. Any other thoughts?

@SiobhanPat Do not use the sky Max hub or a sky app, and for that simple reason as you are showing, you are at the mercy off both and when it does not work out what can one say!

If it is the sky Max hub with the issue then there is always the factory reset off it, just be sure that you have everything you need to start the whole process over again!
