Polycom phone suddenly stopped making/receiving calls

Hi. We ve been using our Polycom phone for months then it's suddenly stopped receiving and letting us make calls. We have a screen with correct date and triangular warning symbol and dialling tone. Our provider has said this is a common fault with sky connection and sky would have to  deploy something called MAP-T (don't know what that means) Hope you can help. Thanks.
