Cancelling sky

Hi my contract about to finish and I would like to cancel my sky

@Mat10 If you want to cancel you will have to call Sky, alternatively if you are intending to move to a new broadband provider then just place an order with them and they should notify Sky which will cancel your Sky account automatically when the switch is completed(this only applies to providers who use the Openreach network and Virgin Media)

It's your discount that's about to finish not your contract. That only ends when you contact Sky to cancel of move providers as described above. 

If you are cancelling Broadband/Talk altogether you need to contact Sky and give the required notice of 14 days. 

Return packaging for any equipment Sky expect back will be sent out to you near the end of any notice period. Remember to keep any proof of posting indefinitely.
