@Robert009  As that phone works over VOIP with a 3rd party have you checked with your phone provider?  Normally I'd expect you to either have a connection or not have a connection.

 

I used polycom phones when I had Sky broadband and never had an issue.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I have  an Open Reach engineer visiting today, so I will see what they say as it's a very unstable line here which just isn't acceptable or workable for my Polycom phone to be used reliably
