New WiFi Problems

My new Sky WiFi was installed on Friday, I can't connect to my main TV and other TV's & mobiles within my home. I've previously had Sky WiFi so don't understand why there is a problem.

@Max36100 What is new from the old! Did you get a new service, was it an upgrade off the service, did you get a new hub or is it still the same one!

When you post on the Forum you are talking to customers just like yourself and not to sky. If you want to call sky open again at 8am tomorrow morning, if we can help you just let us know!. Number to call is in the link, just click it, then click on the call us to see the number.

Do you now have a white Sky Max Hub?

With a Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app before some devices can connect.

It's also likely that overall wireless coverage has changed.
