Pod won't connect

I spoke to you at the end of last week as I can't get our Sky booster pod to connect to our hub. I was advised the 'network team' would resolve this. They sent a text message on Sunday to say the problem was resolved, however the pod still won't connect. It is showing as offline in the MkSky app but every attempt to register it (both automatically and manually) have failed. Please can you do something to resolve this or send me a replacement pod as we are not currently getting the guaranteed minimum speed in every room?

@MarkFox you are not talking directly to Sky by posting in the forum. As you need their help I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
