Please help me about connecting Wifi

Hi, all

 

I got a text saying that the internet is activated and I connected to the internet. But it's still red light and says I can't connect to the internet. What did I do wrong? Below are the lines I connected.

 

And is there a number I can call Sky Team directly? Other than the weird AI helper...
